The Oldest House & Hotel in Orlando, FL

If you are looking for a quaint historic inn to stay at in Orlando, look no further!

📍The Wellborn | 211 N Lucerne Circle E, Orlando, FL 32801

This charming property is home to three historic buildings:

• The Norment-Parry House, Orlando’s oldest documented residence built in 1883.
• The I.W. Phillips House - now known as The Wellborn - an antebellum-style mansion built in 1917 that was moved in the 1980s.
• A 20-room Art Deco hotel from the 1940s.

The on-site restaurant offers hand-crafted libations and a variety of Spanish tapas in a charming courtyard setting home to koi fish, birds and lined with Canary Island palms, banana trees, azaleas, magnolias, impatiens, birds-of-paradise, periwinkle, and giant ligustrum.

The wagyu beef sliders, papas bravas, jamon croquettes and brie grilled cheese were all bursting with flavor - I genuinely could not pick a favorite! And the best part is they offer half price drinks during their happy hour from 5-7pm Tuesday through Friday.

If you appreciate history and a charming ambiance, book now!
